Joseph Campo holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston and has distinguished himself in the field of intellectual property, receiving the CALI Award for excellence in intellectual property litigation and certification as a practitioner of intellectual property law in 2022. He graduated from New England Law | Boston as a Sandra Day O'Connor Honors Program scholar and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Culture from Bentley University, with a double minor in Legal Studies and Business. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court for the District of Northern California, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), American Bar Association (ABA), Intellectual Property Law Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Boston Intellectual Property Law Association (BIPLA). 

Joseph gained experience in insurance defense litigation at his previous firm, where he represented insureds for well-known companies, focusing on commercial litigation, contract disputes, and negligence claims while leading the firm's intellectual property department. Joseph then leveraged his longstanding focus on intellectual property, media, and litigation to found Campo Law PLLC. As president and lead attorney, he now handles an array of trademark, copyright, and business law matters for a diverse clientele.
